Terms & Conditions
1. Service
Glossy Gears provides doorstep car and bike cleaning within the apartment premises as per the package and frequency selected at enrolment. Daily service runs every day except Monday. Alternate service runs three days a week. Weekly service is carried out on Fridays only.
2. Billing (Prepaid)
Billing is always prepaid. Charges for the upcoming service cycle are payable in advance, and service runs against the prepaid amount.
3. Vehicle Availability
If the vehicle is not available at the time of service, we are not responsible for the missed session. Manpower is planned in advance based on scheduled vehicles, and left-over services due to unavailability cannot be carried forward.
4. Pausing Service
If you wish to pause your service, we require at least 7 days' prior notice so that manpower can be planned accordingly.
5. Interior Cleaning
Interior cleaning is provided as per your package allowance and requires the vehicle and access to be available as coordinated with our team. If an interior service is missed due to the customer's unavailability or issue, we are not responsible for providing an additional service or any billing adjustment.
When an interior service is planned for a day, only interior cleaning is carried out on that day. Exterior cleaning is not provided alongside interior, as the two are separate services.
6. Weather
Car cleaning may be affected by bad weather, and the cleaner's visit may happen a little later than usual on such days.
7. Access & Parking
You agree to provide accurate parking details and ensure the vehicle is accessible during service hours. Glossy Gears is not responsible for vehicles that cannot be reached due to incorrect details, locked areas, or obstructions.
8. Liability
Cleaning is carried out with reasonable care. Glossy Gears is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items left inside the vehicle. Any concern must be raised on the day of service.
9. Support
Support is available over WhatsApp only on the registered mobile number. We currently do not offer a telephone customer-care facility.
